  • Front desk is open 24/7. Please keep in mind the noise ordinance is 10 pm in North Adams. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

  • All interior spaces and rooms at Hotel Downstreet are designated as non-smoking for the comfort and convenience of all of our guests. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Smoking fee of $350 will apply if guest smokes in a guest room or public space.

  • Yes, the hotel can receive and hold packages for guests before arrival. If you are planning to ship packages to the hotel, please include the name on your reservation and your arrival date on the shipping label so our team can properly store them until you check in.
